Our Level 1 coaches also hold degrees in Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, Bachelor in Health Science majoring in Exercise Science and Nutrition and Bachelor of Health and Physical Education with a major in Contemporary Dance.
This allows them to combine there calisthenics experience with their education to provide a unique 6 week program.
