Creativity Confidence Elegance and Grace

Division 2

Our subbies are an amazing bunch of girls, this is a great age for calisthenics as this is where we see life long friendships begin. Our girls are always very supportive of each other and you can see them become true performers. Its wonderful to watch them on and off the stage.

As children adjust to the movements and postures required in calisthenics, they begin to get a better sense of their bodies. As they become more comfortable in their own skin, their confidence and self-esteem also improve.

Watch the video below to see our work from 2017.
